Shipping in India
We ship all over India. We offer Free Shipping & Prime Shipping.
Free Shipping is provided on all orders of Rs 750 and above. Free Shipping is provided through reputed couriers or Registered Post. Prime Shipping is provided exclusively through Speed Post.
If your order is below Rs 750 (but above Rs 500), then you have to pay Rs 75 as shipping charges and the same will be dispatched through reputed couriers or Registered Post.
If your order is below Rs 500, then you have to pay Rs 50 as shipping charges and the same will be dispatched through reputed couriers or Registered Post.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
You can expect your order to be shipped within 3 business days or less. After your order has been shipped, we’ll email you A.W.B. No of your parcel and a tracking link through which you can track the status of your package.
The Shipping time varies according to the shipping method chosen by you. Usually Free Shipping takes 5-10 days depending on how far you are located from us (Mumbai) and 3-7 days for Prime Shipping.
Shipping outside India
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However we are currently doing international shipping only for bulk orders. So you want find shipping rates in the cart/checkout page. If you want to place an order, you can fill inquiry form on Contact us page and get in touch with us.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Refunds are subject to applicable costs.

Cancellation Policy
In order can only be cancelled within 24 Hrs once it has been placed provided product(s) in the order have not been dispatched or delivered to you.
Once the order gets cancelled, the amount will be returned to you in the original form of payment. This might take 2-3 days to reflect in your account depending on time taken by our payment gateway.
